Returns and Exchanges Policy


 

If your purchase does not fit or if you prefer a different style please view our exchange process below:

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

 
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed in your parcel.
Place the returns form and your item you would like to return into a secure package.
 
2. Take your returns parcel to a courier service of your choice, or we recommend Aramex Drop Box services (www.aramex.co.za)
 
3. Once your return has been received, we will process your exchange and it sent back to you.  
(This may take 10-14 working days)
Please contact us for the returns address.
 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • If the garment does not fit, we offer an exchange in size or style. We will only issue a store credit or voucher - no monetary refunds. 
  • We do not cover the return courier costs, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will not be held responsible for collecting parcels at the post office / courier office. We only accept door to door delivery to the street address we specify.
  • You will need to return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
  • We are able to reject a return if the garment looks worn, has stains, smells of perfume or has been worn in any photos online.

EXCHANGES CAN TAKE TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS.

OUR RETURNS POLICY APPLY TO ALL ORDERS PLACED VIA OUR WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S DUTY TO READ OR ASK ABOUT THE EXCHANGE POLICY BEFORE THE PURCHASE IS MADE. ONCE A PURCHASE IS MADE THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY.
